Arcadian is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Manager to be responsible for creating and implementing the procedures and processes related to Supply Chain. Collaborate across departments to improve procurement strategies, forecast demand, plan and procure materials, ensure timely delivery of products for the organization. Overview of Responsibilities Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support company objectives and key performance metrics. Direct supply chain projects to ensure they are on time and within budgetary controls. Coordinate with Construction and Network team to support planning and projects. Manage supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards. Optimize transportation routes and shipping methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate performance and implement improvements. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance supply chain performance. Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvement or expansion. . Required Skills Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field required. Minimum three years of experience as a Supply Chain professional with direct reports preferred. Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role in construction and telecommunications industries required. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in ERP and supply chain management software. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
