Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Procurement
Manager, tech savvy to help with
ERP Systems Managent to join our team. This role is essential in
ensuring efficient procurement processes and optimizing our Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP) systems to enhance operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Management:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to maximize
value and minimize costs.
Requires ability to build and leverage supplier relationships
effectively
Oversee production schedules and timelines to ensure Purchase
Orders are on time.
Manage bookings for shipments and provide oversight for
domestic and international shipments
Bill of Material change control management and communication
to suppliers to ensure updates are provided to external
suppliers in a timely manner.
Possess project management skills to work cross functionally to
ensure deliverables are on time and does not impact production.
ERP Systems Management:
Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of
ERP systems to support procurement and operational activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
and implement system enhancements.
oManage ERP transactions, change control management and
data set up.
Compliance and Risk Management:
oEnsure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational
procurement standards.
Assess and mitigate risks associated with suppliers and
procurement practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a
related field
Proven experience in procurement and ERP systems management.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
is highly desirable.
