The Compliance Manager will be responsible for understanding our compliance obligations and ensuring business partners are aware of what they mean. This role involves not only knowledge of current compliance issues but also proactive steps to minimize impacts on Operations and our customers. You will partner with risk teams, Operation Leaders, and Tech Teams, among others. Key job responsibilities: Develop and maintain metrics and reporting to monitor risks, program health, and initiative progress.Conduct risk assessments of existing controls and recommend solutions to address identified risks, such as developing region-specific prevention processes, tools, and policies.Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop and implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provide general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.New Launch support: Work with key stakeholders and project teams to ensure all R&C related requirements are met and solutions designed for a new launch are 100% compliant from Day 1.Ongoing compliance: Design audit strategies for high-risk processes. Partner with the business to conduct these audits to identify compliance violations and design mitigation through product/process solutions. Review internal and external audit reports, providing remediation plans and working with stakeholders to close identified risks and issues.Seek opportunities and anticipate challenges/obstacles our compliance teams could face as the global business, regulatory landscape, and technical capabilities evolve, and work with the team to address those challenges.Ensure any non-compliance risks are documented in the Surface Transportation risk register with clear mitigation plans in place to resolve and effective reporting to Leadership.Relationship management: Work collaboratively and transparently with leadership, Operations, and tech teams to ensure alignment between core business priorities and compliance priorities.Policy Standardization and Simplification to meet customer needs and compliance requirements. Keep apprised of trends, best practices, and upcoming changes which may impact EU Surface Transportation. Minimum Requirements: 2+ years experience with project/program management working with cross-functional teams.2+ years experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.Experience in Supply Chain Management.Experience in investigations and Risk Management.Experience managing relationships with stakeholders and delivering projects in the face of ambiguity.Experience preparing reports identifying findings and providing recommended remediation strategies and solutions. Education and Skills: Bachelor's Degree.Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
