This company is hiring a Supply Chain Planner for a contract position! Interested? Get more details below. Contract Length: 12 months
Location: Maplewood, Minnesota
Hybrid, Onsite 2-3 days a week (Tuesday – Thursday)
Hours: 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri
*Note: Some early morning and/or evening work is required, typically less than 3 hours per week. 
Hourly Rate: $27-28/hr W2 Supply Chain Planner Job Summary: 
Supply Chain Professional needed for Finished Good and Sub Con Planning in fast paced fully remote department. Extra Resource needed to support growing business needs and planned absences. What you'll do as a Supply Chain Planner: 
1. Coordination with Plants on Supply Plan Requirements and Business Team Priorities.
2. Communication to Planning Management on Inventory and Customer Service Gaps.
3. Resolution of back-order situations, reductions on excess and slow-moving inventory.
4. Parameter Management of Finished and Semi-finished Inventory to meet inventory and customer service targets.
5. Phase In / Phase Out Finished Good Inventory Management and associated system changes.
6. Sub Con Planning for Finished Goods and Semi Finished Goods.
a. Communication of forecasts / business requirements
b. Input RM planning and order placement.
c. Monthly reconciliation of inventory and entry of necessary adjustments.
d. Communication with Customer Service on Order Shipment Dates
e. Physical Inventory Counts What you'll bring to the Supply Chain Planner role:
Skills, Knowledge, & Education:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
• Strong Analytical and Math Skills.
• Microsoft Office Experience, specifically Excel
• Written and verbal communication proficiency. Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain or Business Function
• SAP Experience or Ability to learn.
