Satair is looking for a Supply Officer to join our team in Peachtree City, GA.
This role will procure and ensure availability of aircraft spare parts in accordance with internal and external customer demands. You will be fully responsible for the fulfillment of orders on cost, time, and quality.
Meet the team: The team's mission is to acquire indirect goods and services for Airbus commercial aircraft and helicopters, playing a major role in generating value and contributing to the overall competitiveness of the company. Our team members ensure on-time delivery and quality of equipment and systems, drawing on their expertise in Industrial, Operations & Quality Management, and strong relationship building skills to problem-solve and proactively mitigate supply chain issues.
Your working environment: Just outside of Atlanta is one of ten of Satair's global locations. Established in 1986, this site hosts Commercial, Human Resources, Customer Order Fulfillment (COF), Finance, Product Management, Supply Management Vendor Parts, and planning team functions.

Your challenges: Ensure timely purchase order creation as per demand.Follow-up with the suppliers on confirmation dates, shipment dates and tracking of goods in transit to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.Ensure accuracy of purchase order data, such as price, quantity, and certificates to prevent potential future blocking points.Create daily order book overview to maintain transparency on order status and actions required.Build and maintain a solid relationship with suppliers and internal stakeholders and participate in business reviews with suppliers when relevant.Your boarding pass: 2-3 years of experience in Supply Management or Purchasing Department or similar field.Undergraduate degree in business administration or similar field preferred.Industry knowledge (e.g. aircraft (component) manufacturing, aircraft maintenance organizations, aircraft spare parts distribution, etc.).English language and ability to communicate clearly and concisely with the written word.Citizenship: Must be a US Person under ITAR definition (U.S. Citizen, green card holder or person covered under our existing ITAR license).Take your career to a new level and apply online now!
