- **Data Entry:** Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy to maintain up-to-date records in our systems and databases.
- **Problem-Solving:** Identify issues customers may face and provide effective solutions or escalate concerns to appropriate team members.
- **Administrative Support:** Assist with various administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- **Training Participation:** Engage actively in training programs and workshops to improve skills and knowledge in financial products and services.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather feedback from customers and relay it to management to improve service delivery and processes.
- **Event Support:** Assist in the organization and execution of community events, workshops, and outreach programs as necessary.

**Requirements:**

- **Educational Background:** High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields is a plus.
- **Experience:** No prior experience required; however, any customer service experience is an advantage.
