### Job Description
United Natural Foods is seeking a motivated and resilient Support Associate to join our dynamic remote team. ### Responsibilities
- **Customer Support:** Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries; respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and chat queries.
- **Problem Resolution:** Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, employing strong persuasion skills to guide customers to appropriate solutions while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system, contributing to team performance metrics.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the operations and sales teams to facilitate smooth service delivery and escalate inquiries as necessary to ensure a quick resolution.
- **Training and Onboarding:** Assist in training new employees by sharing insights from customer interactions and best practices in people management.
- **Feedback and Improvement:** Collect customer feedback and share insights with management to help identify areas for improvement in service delivery and product offerings.
- **Remote Work Management:** Utilize remote work tools effectively to manage responsibilities and foster inter-team collaboration.

### Requirements
- **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting.
