Role Overview We are seeking a talented Support Engineer who is passionate about problem-solving. You'll provide front-line technical support, ensuring that users of our software receive timely and efficient assistance. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our software platforms. Work closely with the development team to report and resolve bugs. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring users are fully satisfied with solutions. Create and update technical documentation. Requirements 2+ years of experience in technical support. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of SQL databases and basic networking concepts. Familiarity with Linux and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
