Job Description:

Ryder System is seeking a talented and experienced Support Manager to join our team in a remote work position based in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of support staff to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues and inquiries. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of support staff, providing guidance, training, and mentorship as needed.2. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.3. Develop and implement best practices for customer support processes and procedures.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and concerns.5. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.7. Stay current on industry trends and developments to ensure the team is up-to-date on best practices.8. Maintain a positive and professional work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.2. 8 years of experience in a customer support or client services role, with at least 3 years in a management position.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.5. Resilient and independent, able to work effectively in a remote environment.6. Proven presentation and project management skills.7. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.8. Dental insurance and company equipment provided.
