Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Manager to join our team at Jabil Circuit. As a remote worker based in Seattle, Washington, US, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our clients and team members. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, possess strong leadership qualities, and excel at problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of support specialists to ensure timely resolution of customer issues- Develop and implement support strategies to improve customer satisfaction- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address recurring problems- Analyze support metrics and develop action plans to improve performance- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field- 7+ years of experience in a technical support role- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service- Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment- Excellent presentation and critical thinking skills- Experience with remote work and managing virtual teams
