Foot Locker is seeking a dedicated and motivated Support Officer to join our remote team based in Los Angeles, California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our internal teams and external customers, ensuring seamless operations and fostering a positive experience with our brand. ### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Customer Support:** Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues via email, chat, and phone. Demonstrate proficiency in addressing a wide range of customer inquiries, and ensure high-quality service that aligns with Foot Locker's brand values.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with various internal departments including Sales, Marketing, and Operations to facilitate smooth communication and ensure information is shared efficiently and accurately.

- **Data Analysis:** Analyze customer feedback and support trends to identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports and offer recommendations to enhance service delivery and overall customer satisfaction.

- **Problem Solving:** Utilize resourcefulness to explore various avenues and provide effective solutions to customer concerns. Exhibit resilience in handling challenging situations while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.

- **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain comprehensive logs of customer interactions and issues, and ensure that all records are up-to-date in the CRM system. Provide insights and suggestions based on these interactions.

- **Onboarding Support:** Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices related to customer support and Foot Locker products.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Actively participate in team meetings, providing feedback on current processes and contributing innovative ideas that support a culture of continuous improvement.

- **Experience:** A minimum of one year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in retail or e-commerce environments.

- **Educational Background:** High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, and CRM software; ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.
