- **Training and Development:**

Identify and propose enhancements to existing support processes. Utilize creativity to develop innovative solutions to common challenges faced by the team.
- **Upholding Standards:**

### Requirements
**Educational Background and Experience:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service or administrative support, preferably in a corporate environment.
**Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce
- Comfort with remote communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams)
