Support several managers and do calendar bookings.
Need to be strong with PowerPoint presentations and budget topics. Purchase orders and other tasks may come up. This person needs to be strong with creating graphs in Excel.
Hours: 8am-5pm

Must have: German language proficiency. Job Title: Support Specialist II Position Purpose/Scope: What are the key objectives of the position? Provides administrative support directly to assigned area with confidentiality, tact and diplomacy. Assists Plant Spartanburg's Vice President, as needed. Manages all office activities without supervision. Position Responsibilities/Accountabilities: List the major duties/accountabilities to achieve the positions key objectives. Prepares documents such as an agenda, notices, minutes and presentations for Senior Management Meetings. Uses business software applications (e.g. word processing, presentations and spreadsheets to repares routine and advanced correspondence including memoranda, letters, presentations and reports. Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, and compiles documents for travel-related meetings. Processes P.O.'s and requisitions in SAP. Interfaces with client AG. Screens incoming phone calls and correspondence, and prioritizes and responds independently, when possible. Schedules and organizes activities such as meetings, meeting documentations, and video conferences. Updates targets the client Target Management System. Serves as primary Time Administrator for the VP area. Assist with department budget, training records, travel arrangements, expense reports, office supplies and record retention. Handles confidential information and material. Performs other duties as assigned by client Operations Supervisor. III. Position Competencies: A) Education:
Associate Degree. BA/BS Degree preferred.
B) Experience: Experience: 5+ years of office management or administrative support, managing tasks independently and working with confidential information. Training: As applicable, per client training guidelines. Fluent German Language, preferred. Training: Per Guidelines Licenses and/or Certifications: Valid driver's license may be required based on department.
Notary Public, preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Basic = less than 1 year of experience/training needed; Intermediate = 1 - 3 years of experience/some training may be needed; Advanced = 3-5 years experience/no training needed; Expert = 5+ years experience/able to train others. Advanced = SAP - (Purchasing, Manager's Desktop, Finance, and Time Administration modules)
Expert = presentation and organizational skills.
Expert = ability to handle multiple tasks
Advanced = communication and organizational skills
Intermediate = computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outtask, etc.)
Intermediate = knowledge of organizational processes (budget, headcount)
Intermediate = using and/or knowledge and familiarity with a variety of office equipment (e.g. PC, Printers, Plotters, Video conference, etc)
