Job Description:
LifePoint Health, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an entry-level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 1 year of experience who is resourceful and hardworking. The ideal candidate will possess creativity and strategic planning skills to provide support to various departments within the company.
Responsibilities:1. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.2. Provide technical support for software applications and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.3. Support the marketing team in creating promotional materials and social media content.4. Assist with event planning and coordination for company events and conferences.5. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement new strategies for process improvement.6. Maintain accurate records and documentation for various projects and initiatives.
Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong organizational and time management skills.4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Resourceful and hardworking attitude.7. Creativity and strategic planning skills.
