What does the Support Specialist do at Integral dx? The Integral dx Support Specialist has the primary responsibility for responding to our customers with equipment support, both over the phone and travel to the field including but not limited troubleshooting equipment issues, travel to our customer's locations/job sites to demonstrate and commission new units or service existing units at customer locations.
As a Support Specialist, some of your responsibilities and essential job functions will be to: Phone support of customers with equipment issues Coordinate corrective actions with Engineering and Operations Travel to customer's location for demonstration and commissioning of new equipment Travel to customer's location for service of existing equipment Travel could amount to 14 days per month Administration of warranty Creates and maintains Service Bulletins JOB REQUIREMENTS AND STANDARDS: Ability to read and understand written information. Identify problems and review information. Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic schematics. Ability to read exploded parts drawings. Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems. Ability to communicate technical status with engineering and management. Strong Computer Skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities Ability to work both work independently and as part of a team Ability to think critically and analytically solve problems Conceptual ability and root cause analysis problem solving ability is a must A balance of practical experience and creativity Ability to work in an environment that supports self-directed behavior and decision making High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for 8 or more hours per day OR Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be acceptable.
