SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (COPV) - TEMPORARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support COPV production team activities Responsible for general clean-up and maintenance of work areas Responsible for moving bulky assembly equipment Perform miscellaneous tasks as directed Must adhere to proper safety guidelines at all times POSITION DETAILS: This is a temporary position with SpaceX, for the length of time as stated, and is subject to change with minimal notice as business needs dictate.
The Support Technicians primary purpose is to provide support to ensure technicians are prepared and able to complete their tasks.
This individual will work alongside technicians and engineers in maintaining and improving site functions.
Their responsibilities include basic installation, labor, and inventory, among other assigned duties.
LENGTH OF POSITION: 6 Months LOCATION: Hawthorne, CA SHIFT: 1st shift BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED Minimum of 6 months of professional experience in a manufacturing environment PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years of experience with a composite, mechanical or manufacturing background Self-motivated and works well with others Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing facility ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to work all required shift hours, overtime, and weekends as needed Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.

1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
