About The Position **Job Title:** Surgical Tech **Job Specialty:** Main OR **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** 10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM, flexible as needed **Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours per week **Experience:** Strong experience with robotics is required **License:** Not specified **Certifications:** Surgical Tech Certification required **Must-Have:** - Robotics experience - Flexibility to float to different locations - Willingness to take call shifts and fulfill weekend requirements **Job Description:** - Participate in surgical procedures focusing on urology (cysto), robotics, orthopedics (joints and spine). - Be flexible to float between locations as needed. - Take approximately 2 call shifts on weekends and 1-2 call shifts during weekdays within an 8-week block. - Weekday call shifts are from 5:30 PM to 7:00 AM. - Preference for selecting a Friday call shift until none are available. - Weekend working shifts are from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM on Saturday, and 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM on Sunday. - Remember to schedule a weekday off, or one may be assigned if not self-scheduled. - Weekend call shifts are 24 hours, from 7:00 AM Saturday to 7:00 AM Sunday and the same for Sunday. - Full-time staff must work a designated number of Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays over a period. - Extra working shifts are available on Sundays from 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM on a first-come, first-serve basis for call pay. After the first round, if shifts are available, may opt for a second.
