Job Description:
manage all aspects of surgery office including administrative and daily operations as well as oversight of administrative and clinical staff. No third-party billing or collection functions. Primary responsibilities are to maximize office and operating room schedules/efficiencies, ensure staff productivity and increase practice growth/profitability. Absolute requirements include direct practice administrative experience, out of the box thinking, leadership/assertive personality and full HR experience.
Responsibilities of the Practice Administrator
Bachelors degree as a minimum-2+ years surgical admin/operations experience
Flexible, pivot/multitask, Excellent communication, time management, problem- solving skills
Marketing/sales experience, liaison for web developer and all media platforms
Revenue cycle, financial spreadsheets, data comparisons, analytics, forecasting, strategy
Requirements of the Practice Administrator
Professional, affable, courteous demeanor + chief morale/spirit office
Liaison for all accounting and legal matters, Vendor negotiations
Responsible for all money in and out of practice (AP/AR) Inventory/expense control
Liaison all surgical facilities, Hospital credentialing for all clinical staff
HR Management: Hiring, Onboarding, Evaluations, Mentoring, Scheduling, Supervising
Resolves escalated staff and patient complaints, Policy development and project management
