General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds – 23 OR suites (4 dedicated CV OR) Number of Staff – 125+ Type of staff: Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Night Shift – Patient Ratios – Type of equipment – EMR – Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Cardiac surgical experience in the FA capacity (Vascular only does NOT count – experience must include acting as a FA in on-pump cardiac cases) Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
