Department Details Schedule: Rotate through different shifts: 0630-1500, 0900-1730, 1100-1930. Stay late shifts and call shifts will be assigned weekly. Each staff member can expect one call shift per week and a call weekend every month. The call shifts are off-site call and are not routinely in-house. On-call is typically at the Broadway campus but may be assigned to cover General team call at SMCF, as needed. The call shifts at SMCF are either 1100-1930 or 1500-2330. 13 bed OR providing care for adult and pediatric surgical patients. We support surgical cases within a wide range of surgical specialties including: General Surgery, Bariatrics, Urology, Gynecology, Robotics, Kidney Transplants, Plastics, Ear-Nose-Throat, Oncology, Colorectal, Oral Surgery, & Pediatric Dentistry. Job Summary Surgical technologists are an integral part of the team of medical practitioners providing surgical care to patients. Qualifications Position requirements: · A graduate of a Surgical Technology program. · Must be on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) Registry at the time employment begins. · National certification preferred, but not required.
