Surgical Technologist

Description We are seeking a Surgical Technologist to assist with the delivery of quality surgical care at Methodist Hospital Landmark.
You will be responsible for coordinating with the circulating perioperative nurse during surgical procedures and maintaining the sterile field.
Additionally, you will be required to obtain the equipment and supplies needed for procedures, prepare medications and solutions, and monitor the sterile field during procedures.

Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent Graduated from a surgical technologist program OR 1 year of experience in a hospital setting as a surgical technologist Certification as a Surgical Technologist through the National Board for Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or Tech in Surgery, Certified through the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
