Job Description

We are looking for a surveillance role player who has physical surveillance experience to join our team as an independent contractor. In this role, you will be critical in supporting our clients by simulating surveillance roles during training to enhance practical exercise scenarios and student/participant evaluations. Work will be performed in the NCR. As a role player, you will contribute to training government agencies, DOD personnel, law enforcement agencies, and other organizations by providing a realistic and immersive training experience.

Pay: Daily Rate (Half and Full Day)

What you will do:

Maintain a high level of realism and authenticity in your role-playing to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
Follow provided scenario guidance or adapt to dynamic scenarios to deliver realistic performances.
Provide feedback and observations to training personnel.
Stay up-to-date with surveillance role-player tactics, techniques, and procedures to ensure authenticity.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of any sensitive information or materials involved in training exercises.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols during training activities.
Use different technical applications on the provided phone and tablet.
Maintain accountability of equipment during exercise.

Qualifications

Must Haves:

Active Secret Security Clearance
Valid Driver's License
Experience as a surveillance role player, Federal or State Law Enforcement, Principal Agent / Security, Physical Surveillance.
Ability to multitask and adapt to various scenarios and quickly switch roles as required.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team of 1-6 members.
Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Flexibility to work on a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays, depending on training requirements.
Physical fitness and stamina to perform walking, driving, and role-playing activities for extended periods.
Any relevant certifications or experience in physical trailing surveillance.

Additional Information:

Dates and daily rate will be confirmed before the training course and paid NLT 30 days after the invoice is submitted.

Training local to the NCR:

receive a daily stipend for expenses at stops
receive reimbursement for car rental /gas/ POV mileage/parking/tolls/taxi/metro

Training outside the NCR:

receive travel reimbursement (flight/train/rental/POV mileage) to and from training location
receive GSA per diem rates
receive reimbursement for car rental/gas /POV mileage/parking/taxi/metro
