Required Experience:
* Personnel management and evaluation, survey project management, observation, and mapping projects
* Work alongside experts in all survey disciplines where mentorship plays a vital role in professional development
* Responsible for control of work-in-process
* Prepares or directs preparation and modification of reports, specifications, plans, and schedules for the project
* Serves as a project manager and as the designated client contact
* Responsible for project schedules and timely completion of projects
* Prepares and presents proposals, including scopes and budget, and contract language
Required Education:
* Associates or Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or land Surveying is preferred
* PLS licensure preferred, but would consider a strong LSIT
