\n Job Duties Description: Manages and coordinates the survey personnel, and the data that is collected from the field crews and processed by the office technicians. Proficient in all described duties of the Party Chief and all described duties of the Survey Technician. Prepare and/or supervise the preparation of data, records, plats, maps, reports, documents and legal descriptions of surveys to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed. Coordinate surveys with the work of engineers, architects, clients, and others concerned with projects. Train/Instruct survey personnel, as needed. Marketing for additional surveying projects, and preparation of survey proposals. Education/Experience Level Required: High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of 6 years experienceArkansas Licensed Professional Land SurveyorPassing score on the Fundamentals of Survey Exam, Principals of Practice Exam and State Specific ExamHigh degree of proficiency using AutoCAD drafting softwareExperience preparing TINs, surface models, and contoursExperience preparing survey related drawingsHave general computer skills in MS Windows environment including Word, Excel, Outlook
