Survey Project Reviewer

We are actively seeking a Project Reviewer , where you'll be an integral part of our mission-driven team, ensuring the accuracy and quality of survey projects. By meticulously reviewing ALTA surveys and corresponding with surveyors and clients, you'll play a vital role in upholding industry standards and client satisfaction. With your attention to detail and commitment to excellence, you'll contribute to our overarching goal of making a positive impact on the communities we serve. 
Review all 1st drafts of surveys promptly, striving to complete reviews within 2 business days of receipt. Save and respond to all client comments and revision requests, processing them to Field Professionals (FPs). Forward zoning reports to surveyors upon receipt, accompanied by 1st draft Review Comments. Address any zoning-related inquiries or revision requests in collaboration with the appropriate analyst. Save, log, and distribute revised drafts of surveys and zoning reports to clients. Obtain quotes from surveyors and zoning authorities for additional work as needed. Request, save, and distribute final sign and sealed (S&S) survey PDFs upon client approval. Education: High School Diploma
