We are currently seeking an experienced Survivability/Live Fire Test Analyst in support of the Program Executive Office Ground Combat Systems (PEO GCS).This position will support System Survivability and Force Protection related to Test and Evaluation, supporting programs determined by the PM Office.
This role involves collaborating with government stakeholders and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to support testing activities, data analysis, and performance evaluation.
Additionally, the position will provide recommendations on test methods, modeling, and simulation techniques to enhance program outcomes.
Responsibilities Support technology areas including passive and reactive armors, active protection systems, obscuration and concealment, underbody protection, laser warning, laser protection of sights/optics, and counter-unmanned aerial systems.
Offer expertise in foreign threats and threat mechanisms for Live Fire testing of ground combat vehicles.
Coordinate and interface with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), authorized COR, and government stakeholders, including Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) and Development Command Analysis Center (DAC).
Support development and execution of test plans, including test preparation, execution, and reporting/data analysis.
Ensure compliance with performance specifications, manage test schedules, and address production status and issues.
Perform Test Readiness Reviews and observe testing activities.
Lead weekly IPT (Integrated Product Team) meetings to provide updates on testing progress, resolve test issues, and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications Secret Security Clearance A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited educational university.
Subject Matter Expertise in System Survivability and Force Protection of Combat System in the following: Minimum of 15 years of experience working on Live Fire/Survivability of military combat weapon and support systems (Tracked and Wheeled) and Experience interfacing with US Army and DoD Test and Evaluation organizations included Army Test & Evaluation Command (ATEC), Director Operational Test & Evaluation (DOT&E), and DEVCOM Analysis Center (DAC) and Experience of Operationally Relevant Test Threats and their operating mechanism Additional Information For more information about Barbaricum, please visit our website at www.barbaricum.com.
