Uchiba Austin is hiring Sushi Prep Cooks!
This is a full time, entry level position intended to offer the foundational experience necessary to become a sushi chef!
We are comitted to promoting almost exclusively from within, and to providing training and guidance along the way.
As a Sushi Prep Cook, you will be responsible for production of ingrediants and setting the sushi line up for success This includes but is not limited to fish fabrication, sauce work, vegetable and produce prep, and sushi rice prep.
We're offering at starting range of $19-$20 for Sushi Prep Cooks.
