This role is the senior credit position in the Division and manages the Division's credit team as well as is responsible for the overall credit quality and the development and execution of the credit process of the Division. As the head of Credit, he or she is responsible for overall credit underwriting and coordinating the closing of leases and loans in compliance with the Bank's lending policies and procedures. The position of Chief Credit Officer is required to be fully knowledgeable and skilled in all areas of underwriting of equipment loans/leases, the Bank's lending and compliance policies.
