Citi's single Global Booking Program is aimed at creating a best-in-class initiative and organization around Citi's end-to-end booking practices while developing a global framework, standard, and governance across all products and material legal entities. As a key member of the team, the Senior Quality Assurance Lead Analyst will be responsible for establishing the framework, governance, policy and standards, and monitoring of the Booking program. The candidate should be a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and project management skills. This is a high exposure role where the candidate must have a thorough understanding of risk and control, the ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders across multiple businesses and functions.
