Job Title: SVP, Product Management
Location: CA - Westlake Village
What you'll do:
Under the direction of the EVP, Credit Administration, this position will manage a team of Product Managers, providing leadership as well as hands-on involvement in the ongoing management and implementation of Agency and Non-Agency mortgage products within the Correspondent Delegated, Correspondent Non-Delegated, and Retail Lending Channels.
This position will work with multiple partners across the company including Capital Markets, Sales, Underwriting, Operations, Compliance, Quality Control, and Servicing.
What we are looking for:
Daily Agency surveillance and analysis of Agency announcements and guideline changes
Market and competitor analysis of both Agency and Non-Agency product offerings
Project Management of Product Changes, including working with business lines and business SMEs to determine business impacts, needed controls, process and training changes, and the documentation and implementation of those items.
Work closely with Communications to ensure clear, well-written Product Announcements, Program Guides, Seller Guide, and Product Resources
Manage Credit Administration procedures
Manage Credit Administration reporting to ensure up-to-date and accurate reporting
What you need to have:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum ten years of mortgage banking experience
Deep knowledge of Agency and Non-Agency mortgage lending products
Experience in successfully managing medium to large projects and/or project teams
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong Excel, Word, & PowerPoint skills
Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $169,410.00 - $199,305.00 for Westlake Village, CA.
Salary amount is determined by specific job location.
In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
