System Administrator W/ Ts/Sci Full Scope Poly (2783)

PSI Pax, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a System Administrator Level 2 w/ TS/SCI Full Scope Poly clearance to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD

Duties and Responsibilities include:
Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers.Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts.Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.Candidate must be a team player and must have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.

Required Qualifications:
Must be able to work one of the following shifts:
Sunday - Thursday
2:00 pm - 10:00 pm3:00 pm - 11:00 pmCustomer Service experience Experience with data entry, Microsoft Office, and Windows CompTIA A+ CE or CompTIA Network+ CE certification

Desired Qualification:
Experience with Active DirectoryExperience with ServiceNow Ticketing System

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years of work relevant experience or High School or GED with fifteen (15) years of relevant work experience.
