System Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Healthcare Systems Analyst for one of their top clients. This role will involve leading various technical projects, providing third-level support, identifying technical issues and ensuring timely resolutions. This person will create and refine business specifications to align systems with organizational needs, while also assisting team members with project tasks. This individual will document processes accurately to ensure all project details are recorded. Additionally, this individual will serve as a liaison between business units, development teams, and support teams to facilitate collaboration. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
