System Analyst (Jih5Jp******** )

The System Analyst will deliver meaningful digital experience and strengthen our customer experience. The analyst will gather, refine, and validate complex business requirements, specifications, processes, and

interdependencies to support best end-to-end digital experience. The analyst will also support the customers and data privacy related priorities.

Responsibilities Include

Develop and refine complex business requirements and use cases
Work with the product owner to create user stories with relevant acceptance criteria (i.e the product backlog).
Ability to write and analyze various advanced programming codes to recommend and make decisions on application requirements and interdependencies.
Ability to troubleshoot application defects and gaps and triage with the business partners.
Understand all Honda and Acura products and mobile app functions to support the customer data privacy activities.
Perform impact analyses to make recommendations.
In-depth understanding of the business architecture and its relationship to other architectures.
Map "as-is" and "to-be" process flows.
Put together test plan and test cases and perform UAT.
Be subject matter expertise for architects, engineers, developers, and other various technical teams.

Academic/Experience/Competency

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other equivalent work experience.
1 to 5 years of application analyst and business analyst experience
Advanced understanding and ability to manage complex projects
Advanced ability to test and focus on the quality of deliveries
Experience with Waterfall/Agile/SCRUM/SAFE delivery methodologies
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Take personal ownership and responsibility for all deliverables
Ability to create and present materials for leadership to evaluate
