System Director of Accreditation Licensure Compliance

Our client is a comprehensive, fully integrated, healthcare delivery system that serves the greater North Shore and Illinois communities with several hospitals, over 900 licensed beds and too many awards to list!

They are currently seeking a Director of Accreditation Licensure for our Quality Control department.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

Under the direction of the Chief Quality and Transformation Officer this position directs all processes related to continual survey readiness across the corporation including all hospitals, Medical Group, and behavioral health, assuring compliance with TJC, IDPH, and CMS requirements.

Collaborating with accreditation and regulatory compliance leadership within home care and hospice.

Directs and coordinates all aspects of Disease Specific Joint Commission in collaboration with the clinical leadership overseeing the program(s).

Facilitates the development, review and revision of Clinical and Administrative policies.

Responsible for distribution and publishing of manuals and organization communication regarding changes herein.

Oversees the grievance management process.

Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.

Three years relevant leadership experience required.

Previous un-announced regulatory and accreditation experience required.

Previous survey coordination experience preferred.

Knowledge of the Conditions of Participation, IDPH and JC requirements and assess organizational requirements for hospital, ambulatory, mental health and home care.
