12 month Contract to hire
Hybrid in Chicago, IL (3 days onsite weekly)

Will work to implement hyland onbase software as a SME on the software and work in correlation with USCIS (Government).
• Team supports application that utilizes Hyland On Base
o Workflows/ keywords exp
o Set up and deployment
o Automation of process of deployment so they can do pave and repave of the applications (Automation is key gap on team now)

Hyland Onbase Software
1. Solution/project planning;
2. Solution discovery;
3. Solution documentation;
4. Solution design;
5. Solution implementation;
6. Solution testing; and
7. Solution support.
o Min exp with current vs. EP3. They are moving to V. 24--- so will also be involved with an upgrade.
o Will need scripting skills—that is mixed with automation piece and anything else needed to do so (powershell is used a lot but currently no automation with this product right now)
Expert in at least one technology and design
technique as well as experience working across large
environments with multiple operating
systems/infrastructure for large-scale programs (e.g.,
Expert Engineers) starting to be firm-wide resources
working on projects across the Company
§ Is multi-skilled with expertise across software
development lifecycle and toolset
§ May be recognized as a leader in Agile and
cultivating teams working in Agile frameworks
§ Sought out as coach for at least one technical skill
§ Strong understanding of techniques such as
Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test
Driven Development, Cloud Development, resiliency,
security
§ Stays abreast of cutting edge technologies/trends
and uses experience to influence application of
those technologies/trends to support the business;
may give speeches and outside the firm, writes
articles
