Description: Technical Summary:
The Systems Administrator Applications - IT Pharmacy Warehouse Support individual will provide a 50/50 combination of onsite Level 1.5 and Level 2 support to our Kaiser Permanente Pharmacy Warehouse operations to include:
Level 2 Onsite Application Support: Assist with resolution of system problems and application related issues.Plan Maintenance DR and Refresh activities.Participates in the installation, upgrade, or decommissioning of designated systems, products, and infrastructure.Work with vendors and Operations to gather and finalize requirements.Participate with testing and deployment of software/hardware enhancements to Production environments. Level 1.5 Onsite IT Support: Working in a fast-paced Pharmacy Warehouse Environment.Responding to and triaging all initial IT Incident and Service Request Tickets utilizing Service Now.Triaging, Resolving, or escalating tickets to appropriate teams.Windows Workstation, Printer, Wireless Handhelds, and PC Peripheral support.Ability to prioritize incidents based off of impact for resolution and or escalation.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows 10 systems, Windows Server (2012 - 2019), Lexmark/HP/Xerox Printers and SQL basics for writing /querying application databases.

Preferred Qualifications: One (1) year experience in application support.One (1) year experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications or software packages.
