We're searching for a full time Systems Administrator I who will play a crucial role in maintaining our core systems and providing outstanding IT support. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of technical problem-solving and user support in a structured, professional setting.
- Support both internal and external users by monitoring and troubleshooting core and member delivery systems.
- Manage asset inventory, perform software updates, and maintain secure systems.
- Provide help desk support, resolving technical issues via phone, online, and in person.
- Assist in maintaining IT procedures and uphold security standards.
- Detail-Oriented and Precise: You enjoy focusing on accuracy and quality, taking pride in doing tasks right the first time. In this role, precision is key, whether it's managing inventory or troubleshooting issues.
- Analytical and Systematic: You have a logical approach to problem-solving, relying on facts and systematic processes. You prefer taking your time to thoroughly analyze issues and ensure the right solutions are applied.
- Self-Motivated and Conscientious: You're comfortable working independently, diving deeply into tasks, and developing specialized knowledge. This role values patience and dedication, allowing you to become a true expert in system management.
- Professional and Dependable: You bring a respectful, professional demeanor to all interactions and are highly reliable. You're committed to creating a stable and secure environment for all users.
- Associate's degree or higher in Network Administration, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of systems administration experience, ideally within financial services.
