Our mission is to drive systems change to create healthy communities.The full-time Systems Administrator is a forty-hour-per-week hybrid-remote position within Transform Health, which is based in Sacramento, CA. The role of the Systems Administrator is to assess the suitability of information systems in terms of the firm's desired outcomes and educate end users to ensure seamless end-to-end user experience. The Systems Administrator plays a key role in our Operations team to achieve the best possible outcomes for our staff and clients.
To be successful, you must be detail-oriented, eager to learn, an active listener, and driven. You must be familiar with the Microsoft 365 Office Suite of tools such as SharePoint, and other technical tools including Salesforce and project management tools. In this role we have a blend of remote and in-person staff. It is expected you can drive various processes, project manage, be self-motivated, and be flexible across multiple projects in a hybrid-remote office environment. The right candidate will work dynamically in a fast-growing business environment with health policy and program teams.
Job Duties: Inform and administer our Microsoft 365 tenant, overseeing Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other services, as it relates to our staff and benefits our project-based deliverables. Ensure a secure digital environment by adhering to and following existing policies and assisting in training staff in these processes. Provide oversight and hardware and software support and training to staff and clients both remotely and in our Sacramento office. Support the Senior MIS Manager in managing the firm's ongoing cybersecurity efforts including ensuring a process for tracking trainings, anticipated needs, and follow-up reports. Develop and document business requirements for internal and client-facing projects such as workflows, work plans, and process implementation. Assist in administrative management of company passwords, hardware, software, and licensing needs. Manage and maintain an administrative process for purchasing equipment compliant with project and client needs. Initiate and manage a process improvement process in collaboration with our operations staff to determine where workflow gaps exist and propose solutions for team collaboration. Other duties as assigned Key Qualifications: At least two years in an IT help-desk role at a hybrid or remote company providing technical customer assistance on a variety of enterprise applications including Microsoft 365, Salesforce or equivalent is required. Demonstrated experience with managing, administering and/or providing technical support for Microsoft 365 applications. At least two years of work-related experience managing and configuring Windows devices.Learn quickly and be an early adopter of new tools. Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, to instruct staff and clients for technical adoption and compliance including on a variety of systems in plain language.Prior experience developing and presenting dashboard reports on key trends regarding software use, incidents, and more. Experience with one or more data visualization tools.Familiarity with basic cybersecurity concepts and trends. Strong customer service skills; the ability to work patiently with the team and clients to troubleshoot issues in a clear, calm manner. Some familiarity with PowerShell or other automation tools.
