We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Systems Administrator who thrives in a team environment and enjoys creating processes and structure to support resilient networks and systems. As Systems Administrator, you will specialize in process automation and SOC 2 compliance. Your focus will be on optimizing IT operations through automation to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and accelerate incident response times. You will ensure that all systems and processes adhere to the SOC 2 Trust Service Criteria, implementing robust security measures, monitoring system availability, and ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of sensitive data. This role requires continuous assessment of infrastructure, the automation of routine tasks, and the documentation of compliance controls to meet regulatory and audit requirements. Additionally, the Systems Administrator must stay current with industry best practices, security threats, and automation tools to support ongoing compliance and operational excellence.
