Yardi is seeking for an experienced Systems Analyst, EDI Operations to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your EDI expertise to optimize our business processes and systems integrations, ensuring successful project completion and contributing to our business growth.
Reporting to the Senior Systems Analyst, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to provide essential EDI support. Your key responsibilities will include managing daily support for EDI Trading Partners, assisting with onboarding, performing testing, and supporting go-live rollouts.

What You'll Do:
• Monitor daily EDI operations and performance.
• Process EDI file imports and exports.
• Analyze transaction files to identify data errors, transmission errors, and mapping errors.
• Develop and test reports and integrations.
• Research, track, and resolve EDI issues.
• Periodically perform quality analysis evaluations and audits on data and system functionality to ensure the accuracy of the database, reports, and data imports from internal and external sources.
• Provide quick and effective support and problem resolution related to code on client case setups and subsequent EDI files.
• Work with trading partners to resolve any operational issues.
• Process system configurations and subsequent reporting structure changes.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with EDI partners, fostering collaborative processes.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new EDI trading partners, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing unique requirements.
• Manage and update EDI document types to keep information current and accurate.
• Handle EDI Support tickets with a focus on timely and effective resolutions and troubleshooting issues to maintain operational continuity.
• Develop and implement EDI reporting for better insights, analyzing data to recommend improvements.
• Proactively monitor inbound and outbound document processes, resolving any failures promptly to ensure seamless operations.
• Document and update EDI mapping specifications, creating and maintaining operating procedures for effective problem resolution.
• Play a key role in creating and enhancing documentation for EDI Operations, adhering to best practices.
Who You Are:
• 2-3 years of experience working in hands-on EDI roles.
• Self-starter with high business process acumen.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (business and technical).
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in complex data.
• Clear communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in documenting EDI solutions.
• IBM Sterling B2B Integrator 6.0 and higher
• EDI X12 (850/855/856/810/997) and cXML documents/mapping
• Trading Partner setup
• SFTP, HTTPS, AS2, VAN (with certificate/SSH key administration)
• Business Process development
