Systems Application Analyst

Summary: Designs, builds, tests, migration coordination, training coordination and customer support (including troubleshooting) for the product development that supports Summa Health.
Requires deep dives into the workflows of Summa Health.
Additionally, knowledge of various software functionality and maintenance needs are required to maintain the electronic environment of specified service lines.
Performs independent prioritization of system initiatives in a collaborative team environment.
Provides ongoing mentorship with team members.
Minimum Qualifications: 1.
Formal Education Required: a. Bachelors degree required or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
2.
Experience & Training Required: a.
Certification for all relevant applications is required upon hire.
b.
Five (5) years of healthcare experience with application support required.
c. Epic Bridges certification & Integration analyst experience highly preferred.
d. Integration Engine Experience such as Iris for Health/Ensemble, Cloverleaf, Corepoint, HL7 preferred.

Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications: a.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with workflows to foster problem solving.
b.
Capability to understand the application functionality and how it relates to departments while making recommendations for integration into operational flow.
c. Ability to coordinate cross-team discussions and collaboration and present solutions in an organized manner.
d. Mentors team members to set priorities and utilizes problem-solving techniques with minimal direction and appropriate collaboration.
e. Flexibility to adapt to new situations and changing environments, including leading the change.

Level of Physical Demands: a.
Light to Moderate work b.
Standing and/or sitting for long periods of time c. Up to 50 pounds of lifting on occasion.

Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.

Please keep in mind that the range that is listed is the full base salary range.
Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical.
