Systems Director

Role Expectations: Be educated and ensure adherence to Chick-fil-A systems Execute with regard to vision, mission and embody the core values Work alongside other Directors to accomplish store goals Create/maintain threads on Slack and ensure all team members are added/removed as necessary Create/maintain checklists on OneClick and ensure accurate completion of each to include cleaning and shift expectation lists for all positions Add/remove assets on Reftab and ensure team checks items in and out upon use Coach to have all systems operable at all times such as AHA IPADS, Catering Dashboard, 3rd Party View Point Radar, and Wallboards Ensure maintenance tasks are completed as per annual schedule Work with Training Director to provide huddle content on any systems where we need to calibrate for consistency Ensure Team Members have access to HotSchedules and update availability along with job selections as needed Schedule Front of House Staff via HotSchedules and Submit to Director of Ops by Wednesday at 11AM for review Review systems through OSHA Lens and establish necessary written procedures as well as conduct corresponding training Coach and correct as well as follow through on policy infractions Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job – it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
