Sealing Technologies, a Parsons Company, provides Cyber Security services and cutting-edge technologies to the Federal Government. Sealing Technologies is looking for a Systems Engineer intern to join our Product Development team.
Are you always trying to find a better way to do things? Do you enjoy working with and learning from others? Do you build, test, and experiment on your own time? We want to meet you. The ideal candidate has an engineering background, with knowledge of computer server hardware, architecture, and design. In addition, be able to design and build prototype systems, then deploy Linux software and run benchmark tests against the prototype.
Job Skills: Configure servers, networking devices and peripheral equipment.Testing of prototype systems.BIOS research and testing.Writing test scripts in Python or BASH.Experience with Linux operating systems (e.g. Ubuntu or Rocky Linux)Assist with preparation of installation guides, field test procedures, and troubleshooting guides. This role has an internal job title of an intern with a corresponding base hourly range of $15.75 to $27.30 set in line with internal benchmarks.
