\n Specific Duties and Responsibilities:As the Systems Integration and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for installing new releases of the SONIC Strike NCL Baseline, testing new and regression functionality of the NCL baselineDebug and trouble shoot software and system level problemWorking with other members of the integration team to provide assistance to both the Test Partition test events, such as IT, and IV&VProvide factory support to the O&S engineers when there are issues on the production level systems to ensure minimized down timeImplementing baseline changes and responding to change requestsPerforming technical evaluations, analysis, and troubleshooting for all supported functionalities. Leverage scripting languages such as Python and Perl to create and update automated test scripts Required Skills:Must have a Top Secret/SCI Polygraph security clearanceTypically a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or similar disciplineActive Security+ certificationA combination of the following: Linux+, Unix, WindowsAbility to use verbal and written communication skills to present information to a diverse population (technical and non-technical)Ability to work well independently and as a member of a teamKnowledge of existing server technologies including principles and methods used in obtaining maximum utilization of server technologiesKnowledge of multiple specialties such as operating systems, email or database platforms, storage technologies, or hardware support, including knowledge of operating systemsKnowledge of Communications and Information Security policies and proceduresAbility to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutionsAbility to arrange things or actions in an order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules.Experience with update services such as Yum (RHEL flavor)Experience with scripting using bash scripts and programming using AnsibleDemonstrated experience working on remote Systems via use of command lineDemonstrated experience configuring Linux firewall/routing/networkingHands on experience integrating Linux servers in Active Directory (or using LDAP/Kerberose)Experience installing and configuring basic services including httpd/Apache, ftpd Preferred Experience: Willingness to learn Windows Systems Administration on a cross-function Agile Team.Ability to provide innovative solutions for routine issues and tasks.Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of theory and practice underlying satellite and LAN/WAN network operations.Experience automating NCL Library install processesScripting experience using Perl, Python or similar advanced scripting languagesWillingness to learn and implement Scrum framework, Lean principles, Agile engineering and DevOps.
