Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Responsibilities for this Position ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
As a Systems Integration and Test (I&T) Engineering Lead for General Dynamics Missions Systems, youll lead a cross functional team responsible for planning, executing, and reporting for both informal and formal qualfication tests.

Leading test teams through planning, exeuction, and reporting. Coordinating amoung large teams across multiple disaplines (HW/SW/Systems) and with program leadership. Developing informal and formal test procedures based on customer requirements. Requirements traceability and breakdown from a test perspective. Assigning test methods and designing test cases and procedures based on lower level and customer requirements. Develop test strategies and procedures based on customer requirements and military standards such as MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-464, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-704. Experienced in supporting milestones such as SRR, PDR, CDR, and TRR of the developmental cycle.
