Systems Test ManagerLocation: Hybrid remote in Avon, OHCompany: Bendix with 90 years of experience in advanced dynamic solutions for commercial vehicle performance and safety

Responsibilities
• Create and manage the System Validation Plan• Coordinate Systems Engineers, Validation Engineers, Quality managers, Functional Safety managers, and other technical leaders• Ensure timely and complete validation of program releases• Develop project-specific test strategy for service braking functions• Maintain dashboard of test execution• Lead Test Result evaluation board (TREB) to evaluate Defect Items• Collaborate and support Release Management Process• Create internal and customer Design Validation Plan & Report (DVP&R)• Provide and maintain basic infrastructure for Test Coverage• Travel to customer sites for project status reviews and international travel for team development
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience as a Systems Validation Manager or Project Manager• 3-5 years of working experience in automotive, aerospace, rail, or similar industry• Experience in requirements management tools such as Windchill, DOORS, or similar• Experience using Jira or similar task management system• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile• Ability to understand major functional and cross-functional business processes• Knowledge of market and product trends in the industry• Ability to validate assumptions via experimentation• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant technical fields required• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent preferred
