Job Description

At KCI, we entrust our Retail Store Managers with the vital responsibility of exemplifying and guiding their teams on how to deliver the superior T-Mobile brand customer experience.
Our Retail Store Managers are empowered to embody our company culture and own the below responsibilities:
Lead by example on how to enthusiastically and passionately navigate customer interactions while elevating the experienceAnalyze business results and strategize how to drive improvements while maintaining current successesRecruit, train, mentor, and motivate your talent to excel in all aspects of the business including customer experience, consistent sales success, visual merchandising, and operational excellenceEngage with store team members to uncover any blockages to their success and identify how to mitigateManage daily store opening, closing, and operating dutiesCreatively drive store exposure through community engagement, marketing endeavors, and networking effortsMaintain strong knowledge of latest and greatest products and services

Requirements

Qualifications Passionate leader ready to drive a culture of unparalleled customer serviceCompetitive spirit with a drive to surpass sales potentialGenuine regard and intention put into customer connectionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills1-2 years of retail management experience; wireless retail preferredHigh school diploma/GEDWilling to work weekends/holidaysAt least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United States Benefits Performance-based Total Compensation package consisting of Base Salary & CommissionVacation timePersonal timeSick timeMedical, dental, and vision benefitsPhone service discountPromotion opportunitiesEmployee rewards including trips and contests
