Diligent is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join Diligent's Data & Analytics Team, reporting to the Senior Director of Data & Analytics. This role will be primarily focused on Tableau development – building, maintaining, and supporting dashboards for the entire enterprise. The Data & Analytics team, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for data engineering, business intelligence, and data analysis across the organization. In this role, you will play an integral role partnering with internal and business stakeholders to provide insightful dashboards that will help in analysis and making critical decisions for the business. This is an integral role within the global team responsible for helping build a best-in-class organization data infrastructure across all departments in the organization including sales and marketing, finance, customer success, product, and HR.
Key Responsibilities The Data Analyst will help develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and support Tableau dashboards complete with user-friendly, well documented views.Collaborate with data engineering and business teams to create dashboards that provide clear and actionable insights to the organization, increasing data accessibility and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization.Implement scalable solutions that align to our data governance standards and architectural roadmap for data integrations, data storage, reporting, and analytical solutions.Provide ad-hoc data analysis from relevant dashboard-ready data sets.Required Experience/Skills: 3+ years of practical Tableau desktop & server development experience, including parameters, LOD expressions, performance optimization, data blending & advanced joins, API Usage and Automation, dynamic downloads.2+ Years of practical SQL and RDMS experience (ETL / Snowflake experience is a plus).Firm grasp of advanced Excel and data analysis techniques.Bachelor's degree in Business / Computer Science / Information Technology preferred.Experience working in SaaS, or in a Sales or customer-facing organization is preferred.Experience working directly with stakeholders and ability to take direction and feedback to create insightful dashboards that meet their needs.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.A high degree of intelligence, natural curiosity, and a strong work ethic.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.Strong written and verbal skills and ability to communicate at technical and business levels.What Diligent Offers You Creativity is ingrained in our culture.
