ABOUT THE JOB
Zeno's Talent Acquisition team is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. In this high impact position, you will be responsible for managing multiple schedules and delivering white glove service by guiding current and prospective employees through the interview process. You will actively contribute to the overall positive culture of the team and greater agency; your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure our team remains efficient and effective.

Organize meetings with internal & external participants, including scheduling, booking conference rooms, and sending reminders.
Identify organizational challenges, process or structural improvements and resolve them independently.
Understand the importance of your role in creating an environment in which all members of the team can do their best work.
Results driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work against deadlines.
You've made peace with your inner control freak and like to own a process from start to finish.
About the Job:
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role supporting multiple people
Must adhere to our Hybrid Office Policy
Strong competency in Microsoft Office Suite – especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
Quick learner
Experience working in Shared Drives preferred
Must be a "people person"
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of & respect for confidentiality
Comfortable with learning new technology
Experience with Talent Acquisition tracking systems (ATS), like Lever, Taleo, Workday, a plus
$50,000 - $55,000 a year
Pay range: $50,000 to $55,000/year USD.
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
