We're seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Specialist to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the recruitment process-sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new talent-while serving as a primary contact for general HR inquiries.
This is a full-time, salaried position based onsite in Fontana, CA, supporting multiple sites across the United States and reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications, and skills.Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements.Assist applicants and new hires through the recruiting and onboarding steps.Conduct face-to-face and remote orientations.Ensure employee onboarding records are entered accurately.Assist in other areas of HR as needed. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.Demonstrated ability to have a high degree of attention to detail. PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related experience.At least 2 years of talent acquisition experience within a warehouse or manufacturing setting. PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS: Position is not remote, must be based out of the Columbus, OH or Fontana, CA office.Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk, typing on a computer, and talking on the phone.Travel requirement is about 15% of the time to company locations via car and airplane.Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow dress code guided by the company.
